What to expect in a private consultation:
During a private consultation Kari will show you how to move your body to improve focus, attention, and organizational skills. The Brain Gym® movements are safe, fun and easy to do. These specific movement activities integrate the right and left hemispheres of the brain, the right and left eyes, the right and left ears, the right and left arms and the right and left feet, by crossing three separate anatomical planes of the body, the Coronal, Axial and Sagittal planes.
Kari will also help you discover your preferred learning style (also known as dominance profiles, there are 32 different profiles for learning). Profiles provide you with the following information including whether you are right or left hemisphere dominant.

These profiles give you the information necessary to help you overcome learning challenges and blocks. You will complete a 5 step balance for improved focus, attention and organizational skills, and create a customized daily Brain Gym® routine for continued academic success. This routine is easy to do and only takes a few minutes each day. You will be able to learn with joy and ease verses, struggle and frustration.
