Course Objectives:
Understand the basics of Brain Gym® and what it can do for you.
Discover PACE, your own unique rhythm for optimal learning.
Learn the 26 Brain Gym® activities and how they activate the brain.
Perform a 5 step Edu-k balance process and put it to work for you.
Experience 10 Edu-k balances for whole brain-body integration.
 
Movement based learning can improve academic, athletic, behavioral, communication, professional and social skills. This course is beneficial for students, teachers, parents, artists, athletes, health care practitioners, business professionals - - EVERYONE!

Supercharge your whole brain and body system in a fun and motivational, multi-activity program. This highly interactive program consists of Brain Gym® movements, activities, education, music, meditation, writing, creativity and play! Join us for a 4 week whole brain-body tune-up. Overcome brain fog, loss of memory, balance, motivation and energy. Improve your listening, vision, writing, reading, communication, and organization skills. 
    

Cost:  $69 includes manual  ($55 if you have a manual)
